I didn't get what I ordered, what should I do?

If you didn't receive the items that you ordered then please get in contact immediately by either logging a support ticket, emailing us at support@aquaswimsupplies.co.uk or by telephone on 0203 700 3998 .


Always make sure you quote your order number.

 

We will pay for a return postage label so the wrongly sent items can be returned. Once they have been received we will send the items you were meant to receive as soon as possible.
